Can we utilize only some of your services?

Absolutely! We have the ability to partner with any other company or venue to bring your vision to life. Already have a preferred caterer? We can work directly with them to provide service staff, missing equipment or our network of specialists to fill the gaps in your event’s supply chain. Our greatest strength is our operational flexibility.

Can you build custom decorations?

Of course. We work directly with artists from all disciplines and contractors to build custom decorations of any size or complexity.

Do you provide your services outside of the DFW area?

While our primary market is the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex we have the ability to travel to other parts of Texas and across the US given the appropriate circumstances. We can also work with other companies around the country to bring your vision to life.

What kind of staff do you provide?

We supply professional servers, bartenders, chefs, bar backs, kitchen assistants, set-up and breakdown crews, and cleaning staff. All are experienced and event-ready.

Do you offer full-service catering or just staffing?

We offer both. We can provide full-service catering with menus customized to your event, or staffing only to support your existing food and beverage plan.

What types of events do you cater and staff?

We provide catering and staffing services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, galas, festivals, and more — whether intimate or large-scale.

Can you customize the menu for my event?

Absolutely. Our culinary team will work with you to create a menu tailored to your event’s theme, dietary needs, and preferences.

Are your staff trained and uniformed?

Yes. All our staff are professionally trained and arrive in appropriate uniforms, with options available depending on your event’s style and formality.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

Do you provide bar service and bartenders?

Yes, we provide licensed and experienced bartenders, along with bar backs and custom bar packages including equipment and mixers if requested.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and all required licenses for food handling, staffing, and alcohol service.

Do you handle rentals like tables, linens, and glassware?

Yes. We can coordinate rental items or work alongside your rental provider to ensure everything is set up and styled properly.

Can your staff handle setup and cleanup?

Definitely. We provide full-service event support, including setup, service, breakdown, and post-event cleanup.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Of course. We’re happy to create custom menus with gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher-style, or allergy-friendly options..

What are your staffing minimums?

Staffing minimums vary by event, but generally we require a minimum of four hours per staff member. Please contact us for specific quotes.
