Founder/President - Keaton Govan
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Keaton spent his youth traveling the world gaining experience under many of the industry’s leading operators and chefs. Some of these include Chef Daniel Boulud, Tao Group, Parliament and many more. With over two decades of hospitality experience, Keaton has the unique distinction of having operated both “the front and back of the house,” at the highest level. A native of South Florida, he has called the DFW metro home for many years. A devoted father and loving son, he spends his free time traveling and running triathlons.
